Publication or review of a customer service & complaints policy
Written policy on employing ex-offenders
25% discount on Complaints Handling service
Minimum of three briefing meetings per annum

Complaint Handling

This is a 12-month subscription service for:

Consideration/investigation of complaints made direct to the Operator
Regular contact with Operator Office Manager or another relevant person
Written report with recommendations for each complaint provided to Operator for final decision
If relevant, provision of draft decision letters to complainants and to drivers
Make an enquiry
